Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, cloud infrastructure systems, and related services such as Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and VMWare VCenter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 platform and cloud infrastructure systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
  • System Administration: Administer Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune, implementing and managing Microsoft Purview Records Management for data compliance.
  • Data Protection: Oversee enterprise backup/restore processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Virtual Environment Management: Administer and maintain VMWare VCenter for virtual environments.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure the security of all systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud servers and cloud infrastructure systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage system upgrades and security.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
