Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing datacenter operations, including facility services and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Datacenter Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of datacenter operations, ensuring high service availability and efficiency.
  • Network Management: Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including quality of service, contractual, and financial management.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Leadership: Manage a team of operations group associates, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing datacenter operations, including facility services and network management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
