Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers and patients by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Operations
    • Assist pharmacists and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care and services.
    • Perform duties as assigned and supervised by the pharmacist, including entering, third-party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions.
    • Immediately report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development
    • Complete required training and maintain knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy.
    • Develop strong relationships with customers and team members.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
  • Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
