- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to provide a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain open communication with parents, offering regular updates on their child's development and milestones.

- A CDA or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to create a structured classroom environment.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Current first aid and CPR certifications are required, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment.
