Role Summary:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and procedural adherence.
- Achieve or surpass performance goals by aligning with company strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, confidently recommending and selling products and services.
- Receive training to become knowledgeable in tire and wheel sales, alongside service and repair offerings.
- Uphold the sales strategy and core values of Big Brand Tire and Service to foster long-term customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Background in automotive repair and familiarity with related products.
- Experience in direct customer engagement within a fast-paced setting.
- Confidence in advising, recommending, and closing sales.
- Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and advance within the organization.
- Willingness to undergo cross-training to master both sales and hands-on service skills.
- Possession of a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Physical capability to lift 70lbs and maintain mobility through various physical tasks.
