Position Summary:
The role of Site Leader at EMCOR Government Services is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of facility maintenance. The Site Leader will be tasked with managing all aspects of maintenance activities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in overseeing facility maintenance, safety protocols, performance metrics, work orders, inspections, and maintenance initiatives.
- Supervise a dedicated team of staff and subcontractors to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with clients, effectively addressing their requirements and expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and subcontractors, providing on-call support as necessary.
- Lead the planning and implementation of operational programs assigned to the facility.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety regulations, maintaining comprehensive process documentation and safety standards.
- Manage workload effectively while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years of mechanical experience, encompassing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and the ability to communicate information clearly.
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry, with a solid grasp of safety protocols.
Work Environment: This role involves exposure to moving mechanical components, electrical hazards, varying weather conditions, and potential chemical exposure. The noise level is typical for this type of work environment.
