Position Summary:
The Site Leader will play a pivotal role in managing and directing all facility maintenance operations. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of service delivery and fostering strong relationships with clients. The Site Leader will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring that all quality and financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the management of facility maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, performance metrics, and project timelines.
- Supervise a diverse team of maintenance staff and subcontractors to guarantee effective operations.
- Develop and maintain robust business relationships with clients, promptly addressing their needs and expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and subcontractors, providing on-call assistance as necessary.
- Direct the planning and implementation of operational programs specific to the site.
- Ensure compliance with established operating procedures and safety regulations, maintaining updated process manuals.
- Oversee workload management while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on mechanical experience, including skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Practical experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry, with a solid grasp of safety standards.
