We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Compliance: Review client contracts and ensure that work expectations are met.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
- Quality Assurance: Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
- Communication: Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention.
- Inspections and Customer Service: Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
- Policy Execution: Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
- Education: High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
- Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
- Industry Knowledge: Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus.
- Skills: Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
- CRM Experience: CRM experience preferred.
The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job during night time shifts (6pm-11pm). Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
BenefitsCity Wide offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for this position with hourly pay ranging from $21-25/hour. Part time work needed for ~10 hours/week.
