Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Certified Laboratories Inc. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries, and providing proactive support to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and video chat
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding testing updates and results
- Monitor testing report due dates and follow up with lab managers as needed
- Ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business or science
- 1-2 years of experience in customer relations or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
