Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our OrangeTwist Center(s). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs
  • Direct, implement, and maintain guest experience and service standards
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and front office operations
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates
  • Develop and hold accountable team members to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence
  • Establish and monitor systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow
  • Ensure Center operations are maintained through planning and implementation of operations processes
  • Schedule education trainings and workshops
  • Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medspa or similar (preferred)
