Job Description

We are seeking experienced Roadway Engineers to join our team at Ctl Engineering, a leading consulting engineering firm. As a Roadway Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating roadways to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with WVDOH standards and guidelines.

About the Job
  • You will lead and oversee roadway design and analysis projects in accordance with WVDOH requirements.
  • Analyze traffic patterns to develop roadway design.
  • Review and approve design plans from subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with public and governmental agencies for project approvals.
  • Prepare and review technical engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Any level of experience in roadway engineering, with a focus on State DOH/DOT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of WVDOH design standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in roadway design software - Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, etc.

We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
