Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Highway Structures

Job Description: The Senior Civil Engineer will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the planning and execution of highway projects. This includes conducting structural analysis, designing highway structures, preparing contract documents, participating in project budgets and schedules, and performing calculations for designing bridges and transportation structures. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a structural major or emphasis, 4+ years of experience, and knowledge of AutoCAD and/or specialized bridge design software. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prestressed Concrete expertise and layout/design of bridges and highway structures are preferred.

Responsibilities: Conduct structural analysis and design highway structures, prepare contract documents, participate in project budgets and schedules, and perform calculations for designing bridges and transportation structures. Collaborate with clients, manage project teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Compensation: $120,000 per year salary, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, paid parental leave, and educational assistance/tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules and hybrid work arrangements available.
