About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve working collaboratively with our team to develop innovative roadway design projects for state and local clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of these projects from start to finish, ensuring that designs and construction plans are accurate, high-quality, and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review plans and computations to guarantee the accuracy and quality of designs and construction plans.
  • Manage project costs, staffing, and quality control to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Pursue opportunities to streamline design processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in roadway or local roadway design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain it within one year.
  • Pavement design and project management experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation/OpenRoads is essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging approximately between $90,000 and $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
