About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our snack production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or performance issues.
  • Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Utilize predictive maintenance technologies, such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and oil analysis, to proactively monitor equipment health.
  • Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve equipment reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure that maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in safety-critical environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, engineering, and quality assurance, to address reliability issues and implement maintenance strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong Operational and Manufacturing Leadership Experience: Proven experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
  • Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering) with a strong financial and business acumen.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience with project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
