We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Eating Disorder Therapist to join our team at Clementine Wisteria, a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Job Overview

Clementine Wisteria is committed to providing empathetic and personalized care to each adolescent and their family. As an Eating Disorder Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey towards recovery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls to promote healthy coping strategies and support the recovery process
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions for clients and families to foster a sense of community and understanding
  • Participating in ongoing care management to ensure comprehensive support for each client's unique needs

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide safe, affirming, and empathetic care for each client, taking into account their intersecting identities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • Licensure (or license-eligibility) in a counseling field, such as Psychology, LMFT, LCSW, etc.
  • Prior experience working with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
