Our facility in Concord accommodates 24 clients, providing them with tailored and compassionate care from our dedicated team. The recently updated environment offers numerous amenities for both clients and staff.
Available Positions:
- Full-time: Sunday-Wednesday - 32 hours
- Full-time: Tuesday (half day) - Saturday - 36 hours
Associate Therapist ASW/AMFT/APCC
The Associate Therapist plays a crucial role in evaluating, treating, and monitoring clients, while crafting a detailed plan to address their needs during treatment for substance use disorders. Responsibilities include delivering consistent direct care through individual and group therapy sessions, as well as addressing urgent clinical situations such as crisis management and milieu oversight. Additionally, the Associate Therapist provides family therapy when requested and clinically appropriate. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Associate Therapist collaborates with certified SUD counselors to formulate a comprehensive aftercare strategy post-discharge. We seek a clinician who is deeply committed to supporting clients throughout their recovery journey and can effectively engage within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional mental health and substance use disorder services to clients undergoing treatment for substance use issues.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Monitor and assess client progress and behavior throughout treatment.
- Engage in multidisciplinary treatment and aftercare planning.
- Collaborate with representatives from other agencies for integrated care.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and immediate client needs.
- Document significant events related to clinical services and client activities in the electronic medical record.
- Analyze data and interpret relevant procedures and regulations to develop suitable responses.
- Perform job duties effectively under challenging conditions.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling is required.
- Must obtain an associate registration number with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.

Salary: $65,000-$112,088 (based on a 40-hour work week)
The stated salary range is a reasonable estimate based on current circumstances and is not a guarantee of a specific wage. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours worked, business needs, and education. Salary ranges may be adjusted in the future based on evolving business requirements.
