Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to a group of patients during a designated time frame, utilizing evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models.
  • Coordinate and provide care through the therapeutic use of self, nursing process, and the environment and technology, in partnership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for planning, delegating, and coordinating the nursing care of a group of patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • 2000 hours direct bedside care in a cardiovascular telemetry or cardiac telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years
  • RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association
  • Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale

Work Environment:

The work shift for this position is 12 hours, with a pay range of $99.73 hourly. Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
