Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and scheduling construction projects
  • Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports, supply requisitions, and personnel transaction forms
  • Oversee the processing of vendor/subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate payment
  • Code purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and vendor invoices for input into the cost collection system
  • Perform project-related research, development, and interpretation of data
  • Provide client assistance to program managers and manage scope, schedule, and budget on small-sized projects
  • Maintain technical expertise and perform quality control activities
Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant working experience for Level I
  • Five to seven years of relevant working experience for Level II
  • Seven or more years of relevant working experience for Level III, with an associate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to be covered by company insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with computerized accounting software, such as Deltek/Costpoint
  • Knowledge and experience with Alaska Native cultures
Work Environment

The work environment is generally indoors, with occasional outdoor work in various weather conditions. The position requires frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, and talking/hearing. Moderate travel may be required to shareholder communities, subsidiary offices, and other locations as needed.
