**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **Corporate Accounting Intern** to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial operations and will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our organizational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your internship may involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting general ledger reconciliations and analyzing outstanding items.
  • Assisting in the financial closing process, including the preparation and recording of journal entries.
  • Participating in monthly financial statement variance analysis.
  • Reviewing Accounts Receivables and effectively communicating findings.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Researching technical accounting issues as needed.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with junior standing or higher.
  • Prior relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to commit to a full-time schedule.
