Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and margin targets for the assigned territory.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to sell products and services to customers.
  • Built long-term relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact as required by the position.
  • Apply effective sales techniques learned from successful Sales Representatives to enhance the sales process.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business principles and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in roofing sales, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Familiarity with commercial roofing manufacturers and materials.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads through in-person interactions.
  • Positive attitude, analytical mindset, self-motivation, ambition, and a team player.
