Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere for incoming clients
  • Perform intakes, treatment plans, and monitoring of client progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and community organizations
  • Coordinate with the Case Manager to ensure seamless transitions for clients
Requirements
  • Registration with a Substance Use state certifying body in California (CAADE/CCAPP/CADTP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with high-risk populations and crisis intervention
  • Knowledge of social model detox concepts and substance use disorders
