We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Direct Support Staff at our Transitional Living Home in Raleigh, NC.

About the Job

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $31,200+, based on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct treatment services through our agency's model of care.
  • Provide residential care services to support adolescents.
  • Collaborate with families, volunteers, and community representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • High School Diploma/GED and relevant work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
