Compensation: $42.00/hr. (dependent on experience, education, certifications, and skillset)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand vehicle concerns.
  • Evaluate repair requirements through initial test drives and allocate tasks to technicians according to their capabilities and knowledge.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary while supervising and supporting fellow technicians.
  • Impart knowledge and provide guidance to technicians as needed.
  • Personally test-drive all serviced vehicles in the workshop.
  • Uphold safety regulations within the workshop environment.
  • Foster positive customer relationships.
  • Identify repair methods for workshop equipment.
  • Assist as a Service Advisor when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional vocational training is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in truck service operations.
  • Proficient mechanical and refinishing knowledge is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is necessary or the ability to obtain one.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.
