Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Parish Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, data entry, and communication with staff, clergy, and volunteers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the pastor and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including volunteer schedules and event information.
  • Assist with communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.


The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a non-exempt, part-time position (25 hours/week), with an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
