Demolition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Demolition Laborer to join our team at Demolition Magicians Llc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient demolition of structures, preparing sites for future construction, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the demolition of residential, commercial, and industrial structures, including walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as jackhammers, sledgehammers, drills, and saws.
- Load and unload debris, rubble, and construction materials into dumpsters or trucks for disposal or recycling.
- Prepare job sites by setting up barriers, safety nets, and other protective devices to control debris and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from the Demolition Supervisor or Project Manager regarding specific tasks and work assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, ensuring all waste is properly disposed of according to company and environmental regulations.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed, including site cleanup, material handling, and minor repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Previous experience in demolition, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and operating tools for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in demolition work.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the importance of following safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, including high dust and noise levels.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Valid drivers license preferred.
