The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to safety best practices and regulations
  • Monitor work performance and provide training to crew members as needed
  • Perform equipment, material, and site inspections
  • Lead teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Reconcile work production tasks and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and communicate with customers
Requirements:
  • One plus years of experience as a construction supervisor
  • Construction background (aerial, underground, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of splicing
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test
Preferred Requirements:
  • Permitting experience
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
  • Undergraduate degree
  • CDL License
