Position Summary

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Inside Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Flexography, Screen Print, and Digital Imaging. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between our clients, production, and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the coordination of production, manufacturing, and distribution processes to guarantee complete client satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sale development phase, addressing pricing, availability, and configuration.
  3. Complete pre-production order specification forms, detailing job parameters accurately.
  4. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather feedback on workflow, shipment dates, and product updates.
  5. Handle customer inquiries regarding account status, product details, and pricing information.
  6. Confirm purchase orders with the relevant individuals.
  7. Keep an updated production schedule, noting any changes or deviations.
  8. Respond to technical inquiries from customers and sales staff.
  9. Utilize knowledge of the company’s facilities to effectively meet client needs.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive customer files with necessary documentation.
  11. Manage the process of returned items as required.
  12. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

The Customer Service Representative may occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This position may involve prolonged periods of sitting, with frequent movement around the office. Effective communication with both internal and external customers is essential, along with the ability to read and analyze data. Reasonable accommodations can be made if necessary.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in customer service.
