About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage. Your duties will include preparing documents, serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including document preparation using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Liaise between the Sales Office and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
