Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level product and service support to the Treasury Management segment, specifically Specialized Mortgage Services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on specific products and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal inquiries and provide guidance on Treasury Management products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in product and service workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to research, consult, and resolve complex issues related to Treasury Management onboardings and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Management, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, resolve problems independently, and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Treasury Management products and services, or commercial banking.
