Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Stock Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer fulfillment across all channels, leveraging various services to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability and brand image.
  • Model, train, and coach individual productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing, and stockroom standards.
  • Manage shipping and processing stations, product staging areas, and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Perform routine audits and reconciliations, and establish daily disciplines to eliminate loss and shrink.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years home-related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities).
