Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in the success of the Eagles Pro Shop - Cherry Hill, contributing to total store results and maintaining merchandise inventory. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, possess strong product knowledge, and maintain a positive and cheerful attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the cash register and achieve merchandise sales goals
  • Provide outstanding customer service and greet all customers promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
  • Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
  • Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
  • Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized layout
  • Practice security measures that help prevent theft
  • Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
  • Help control inventory shortage
  • Stockroom Organization
  • Practice safety consciousness at all times

Qualifications
  • Flexible schedule daily from 9:30am-9pm
  • Retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.
  • Standing for extended period of time
