Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Provide Focused Interview: Conduct thorough interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you practice.
- Health Certificate: Maintain a current Health Certificate (per facility) and adhere to all facility requirements.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by the facility.
- BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
- Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
