Key Responsibilities- Provide primary clinical support in areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
- Attend cases in customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
- Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the job and maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Patient care experience preferred (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, nurse assistant, physical or occupational therapist or assistant, assisted living care provider).
- Attitude & Enthusiasm: Must have a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Communication: Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Dependability/Perseverance: Always willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to Territory Managers, attending cases in customer accounts, and educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products. They will also be responsible for responding to customer needs and complaints, ensuring timely collection and reporting of medical documentation, and fully supporting the Quality Policy.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Degree, outside sales experience, and patient care experience. They will also possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
