Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will serve as a liaison between members and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of member concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve member issues, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Utilize advanced language skills to communicate effectively with members who speak Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, using data entry skills to document transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team performance goals, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of Medicare benefits and health insurance plans preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience required.
