We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum operating efficiency during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop associates to ensure Omni Standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with department managers, particularly Night Audit, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner.
  • Be proficient in hotel computer systems for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete weekly supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports.
  • Block and assign arrivals for VIPs, special requests, and other priority guests.
  • Prepare group information sheets and complete check-out with balance reports.
  • Adhere to Systems & Controls and maintain knowledge of Marketing Programs.
  • Work closely with the Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests.
Requirements
  • Previous luxury hotel experience required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service orientation, multitasking, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Four-year college degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office Software.
