Front Office Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times, maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
- Communication: Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues, ensuring all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Cash Handling: Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
- Mail and Messages: Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
- Knowledge and Communication: Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers) and communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
- Emergency Procedures: Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to push/pull/lift 10 lbs.
