Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, including PLC systems.
  • Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical tasks, following a regular preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Utilize hand, power, and electrical tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Set up and operate drill presses, CNC mills, grinders, and rollers, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Conduct mechanical breakdowns and rebuilds of machinery, as well as troubleshoot and repair single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Repair and maintain conveyors, gearboxes, ovens, chillers, polishers, and grinders, ensuring optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Experience with industrial machinery, PLC systems, and electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
