Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Element Resources, a leading secondary recycler of lead batteries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform electrical construction, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.
  • Maintain PLCs, control circuits, and primary power systems.
  • Lift 50 pounds, climb industrial ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve plant goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operations.
  • Knowledge of 480v three-phase, control power, MA signals, AC and DC circuits, including motor starters and switchgear repairs.
  • High school diploma or GED required; journeyman's card or 2-year technical degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial environment.
