Key Responsibilities

As a Food Operations Supervisor, you will assist management in overseeing food-related activities. Your duties will include:

  • Ordering food and supplies while fostering positive relationships with vendors.
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, implementing FIFO practices, and managing waste effectively.
  • Ensuring kitchen equipment is operational and well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and self-management skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently.
  • Capability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights between 20-50 lbs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Work Schedule

This position typically requires 35-40 hours per week, with a mix of operational duties and administrative responsibilities. Availability for late-night shifts and peak hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected. As a leader, you will collaborate with the management team to ensure coverage during emergencies and assist in shift management as needed.
