Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent Overnight is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in and check out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Provide warm and knowledgeable service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest requests and inquiries, including room assignments, amenities, and services.
  • Process cash and credit transactions, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Revenue and Finance department to ensure accurate financial management and control.
  • Perform night audit, control and audit rate accuracy, and manage sold-out nights.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year front office/guest service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Opera preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
