Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive - Insurance to join our team at Altitude Development Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and showcasing our top-notch supplemental insurance products.
In this role, you will be required to travel to various locations within your designated sales territory, delivering presentations and meeting with business owners and their employees. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and submit sales metrics and activity reports on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also require a valid Health & Life producer license or be willing to obtain one.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 per year, with opportunities for increases based on performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
