Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to provide administrative support to our Accounts Payable and Billing department. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for compiling data, computing charges, and preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports for staff and/or clients
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Create and distribute invoices
  • Organize and maintain project documents
  • Perform various office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
