- Fiscal Resiliency and Organizational Diversity
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan to support the organization's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial stakeholders and partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth and financial sustainability.
- A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible senior management experience in arts administration, fundraising, and community engagement.
- Demonstrable expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, and fundraising.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in arts administration, business, or a related field.
- A passion for and commitment to Asian American arts and culture.
- The ability to travel throughout the region regularly and attend evening and weekend events.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
- Health and dental insurance provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield with the organization covering 100% of employee premiums.

- Company-paid parking and mileage reimbursement.
