As an Electrical Maintenance Leader, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the company's production capabilities by working on innovative projects aimed at enhancing sustainability, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial designs and cost estimates for electrical systems, including distribution, instrumentation, and controls, for capital projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute the annual capital plan.
- Coordinate projects to ensure minimal operational disruptions while delivering on time and within budget.
- Oversee installations and monitor operations to confirm adherence to electrical designs, equipment specifications, and safety regulations.
- Optimize contractor performance through daily engagement with project leads and by clearly defining project scopes.
- Manage electrical design, budgeting, and execution for capital initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
- Proficient in the National Electrical Code and industry catalog structures.
- Expertise in electrical control systems and design.
- Hands-on experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), including application, programming, and installation.
- Skilled in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including installation, troubleshooting, and system communication (Ethernet, data highway, etc.).
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical safety protocols and arc flash standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD).
