Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Social Work Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will provide essential support to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with families and other team members.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, utilizing a parent coaching model to empower families to support their child's development.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families, including child care providers, medical providers, and social service agencies.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
