Job Title:

Interventional Radiology Advanced Care Practitioner

Job Summary:

Radia Oregon Radiology Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Interventional Radiology team in Medford, OR. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with radiologists, and contribute to the growth and development of our department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
  • Assist radiologists with procedures, including injection, exchange, and removal of drainage catheters
  • Perform imaging-guided thoracentesis and paracentesis
  • Place, reposition, and remove tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, including implanted ports
  • Evaluate and manage Interventional Radiology patients, including performing and documenting consultation, history, and physical, progress notes
  • Obtain fluoroscopic diagnostic images under the supervision of diagnostic radiologists
Requirements:
  • Current Oregon license as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority
  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Current Registry R.T.(R) (AART) or RDMS, RVT preferred
  • Current privileges to operate fluoroscopy in Oregon preferred
