Overview
A leading organization, Pathlight Group, is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager - Residential Group Home. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of residential support for individuals with diverse disabilities. Your expertise in social sciences, human services, or business administration, combined with at least 3-5 years of progressive learning and supervisory experience, will drive positive change in the lives of those we serve.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on location and program complexities, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include providing direct care, case management, and social work services, as well as supervising direct support professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and program goals. Collaborate with a dedicated team to create opportunities for individuals to actively engage within their communities, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in social sciences, human services, or business administration, equivalent to a 4-year college education. With at least 3 to 5 years of progressive learning and proven supervisory experience, you'll showcase your leadership abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and applications is a must, enabling you to effectively manage program coordination and documentation. Additionally, possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary to ensure seamless operations and client support.
