Job Overview

Servicenetwork seeks a skilled Program Director Lead to join our team in Western MA. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree and supervisory experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills, as well as experience working with brain injury populations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operation of the program, including licensing regulations and staff management.
  • Teach and model Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to staff.
  • Ensure the daily affairs, welfare, and safety of individuals we serve, including nutrition, dress, sleep, medical services, dental services, social services, and emergency services.
  • Oversee individual money management needs and participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, and Treatment Team reviews.
  • Maintain agency certifications and perform other programmatic needs as assigned/directed by the Director of Operations.
