Key Responsibilities- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Monitors and recognizes changes in physiological and psychosocial status
- Evaluates and documents patient response
- Act as an advocate for patient safety
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- 1 year of RN experience in Behavioral Health environment preferred
- BSN is preferred
- BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required
- RN-C preferred
