Position Overview

As a Night Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness in both guest and staff areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned areas of the resort following established housekeeping protocols. Areas may include restaurants, kitchens, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Keep track of necessary cleaning supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues as needed.
  • Promptly respond to special requests from guests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete all side tasks according to shift requirements.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any malfunctioning tools.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Friendly and caring demeanor; prior housekeeping experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism and warmth.
Additional Information
